| 中文描述 | 由傳染性的ESCHERICHIA COL造成I, 常在寄生健康鳥。大腸桿菌沾染蛋殼和傳染胚胎在孵出期間。 被傳染的胚胎也許死, 孵蛋和因膌炎死亡, 或保留傳染造成小雞增長的緩慢。 大腸桿菌也許還傳染鳥呼吸疾病造成心包炎和心包膜炎。 通常在放置的母雞造成典型腹膜炎。 輸卵管炎也許跟隨氣囊傳染。 偶爾大腸桿菌傳染小雞的肝造成腫大和斑點 , 關節也許被傳染。 診斷藉由抹片檢查, 微生物的隔離和辨識。 |

| 英文描述 | Caused by pathogenic ESCHERICHIA COLI, which are common inhabitants of apparently healthy birds. E. COLI contaminate the egg shell and infect the embryo during incubation. Infected embryos may die, hatch and die with omphalitis, or remain infected resulting in slow growth of the chick. E. COLI also may secondarily infect birds with respiratory disease resulting in pericarditis and perihepatitis. Peritonitis with characteristic odor is common in laying hens. Salpingitis may follow air sac infection. Occasionally E. COLI infect the liver of young poults leading to swelling and presence of small spots. Joints may be infected. Dx is by swabbing lesions, isolation and identification of the organism. |
